I came through lived experience.
Two decades ago I made a decision to devote myself completely to understanding what it truly takes for a human being to develop, perform, and flourish. I became my own most committed student first. Everything I teach, I have lived.
Over twenty years I have studied with master teachers across disciplines, integrating evidence-based clinical practice with the wisdom of ancient lineages. I have become a bridge between two worlds: the precision of neuroscience and the depth of energy work. The rigour of executive coaching and the resonance of lived transmission.
